Configure a SIP Network Access Point (NAP) with a local FQDN

It is required to enable a Local NAT Traversal in order to set a local FQDN in Via, Contact and Call-ID headers. This Local NAT Traversal needs being associate to the NAP which requires a public FQDN in place of an IP address in the specified headers.
To enable Local NAT Traversal:
1- Select NATs from the navigation panel.
2- Click Create New NAT Traversal
3- Enter a meaningful name.
- Choose 'Force public IP' Method.
- Provide local 'FQDN' in the 'Public IP address or FQDN' field.
- Click Create
Once the NAT configuration is completed, it must be associated with a NAP.
4- Select NAPs from the navigation panel
5- Select a SIP NAP from the Network Access Point list
6- In the Network Address Translation section:
- Choose 'Local Method' that contains the same name as the Local NAT configuration that you provided in step #2.
- Click Save
