Parameter: Hardware CPU usage low threshold

Hardware CPU usage threshold to start dropping some incoming calls. When CPU usage exceeds this value for a few seconds, some incoming calls for this NAP are dropped. Use 0 to disable this feature and never drop calls due to CPU congestion.
