The Node Type parameter is used to assign a configuration to an M3UA network. Values for this parameter are chosen from a drop-down list. The Node Type parameter can take on the following values:

Signaling Gateway Process (SGP)
Application Server Process (ASP)
IP Server Process (IPSP)
