Creating the SCTP Configuration

Stream Control Transmission Protocol (SCTP), a Transport Layer protocol, ensures reliable, in-sequence transport of messages.

To edit your SCTP configuration:

1- Select SCTP from the navigation panel

2- Configure the SCTP service

• Make sure the Enabled box is checked!

• Enter a name for the SCTP service
• Select an appropriate service type:
  • RAW_IP
  • UDP
• Click Create

3- Verify that the "Sctp Cfg was successfully created" message appears

Advanced Parameters

• Send SHUTDOWN before rebooting
• Send INIT with IP address parameter
• Use adler32 checksum
• Initial window space
• MTU size
• Max INIT retransmissions
• Max ASSO retransmissions
• Max PATH retransmissions
• Life time of MD5 keys
• Accept additional lifetime
• Domain name
