DTMF Detection On VpGroup1 resource type supports the following on/off time duration:

  1. Standard: 50ms/50ms On/Off time
  2. Short: 25ms/50ms On/Off time


To enable short detection, fShortDetection must be set tot TBX_TRUE.  otherwise, standard detection duration is used.
