The maximum number of IVR channels supported is 512. The TMG800 and TMP800 units are equipped with one DSP chip providing for a maximum of 512 channels. Supporting more than 256 IVR channels can be useful in conferencing applications for example. Recall however that the maximum number of TDM channels is 256.
