Our partners can generate licenses from the following site:

For partners who do not have the login credentials of the above site, please contact TelcoBridges support for details.
For a permanent license:
Click on licenses -> license download
Type the Serial number of your device
Select the device
Click on "Download" for version 2.4 or 2.5
For loan extensions:
Click on licenses -> Loan Extension
Type the Serial number of your device
Select the device and do "Extend" for "Extend a loan temporary license for a period of 10 days"
Once completed, click on "Download" for version 2.4 or 2.5
For Spare part activation:
Click on licenses -> Spare Activation
Type the Serial number of your device
Select the device and do "Activate" for "Activate a spare part temporary licence of 30 days"
Once completed, click on "Download" for version 2.4 or 2.5
To use the license file on the system:
