License download
Click licenses -> license download
Enter the Serial number of your device
Select the device
Click "Download" for version 2.4 or 2.5
Loan extensions
Click licenses -> Loan Extension
Enter the Serial number of your device
Select the device and click "Extend" for "Extend a loan temporary license for a period of 10 days"
Once completed, click "Download" for version 2.4 or 2.5
Spare part activation
Click licenses -> Spare Activation
Enter the Serial number of your device
Select the device and click "Activate" for "Activate a spare part temporary licence of 30 days"
Once completed, click "Download" for version 2.4 or 2.5
Temporary License extensions
Click licenses -> Temporary License
Enter the Serial number of your device
Select the device and click "Extend" for "Extend a loan temporary license for a period of 10 days"
Once completed, click "Download" for version 2.4 or 2.5
To use the license file on the system:
Use the web portal (http://[IP_of_unit]:12358) to upload the new license:
Status -> Hosts -> TB00xxxx -> Action -> Upload license -> Browse for file and Apply action
