The user can manually fetch the CDR files using software here are suggestions:

  • scp (for Linux)
  • Filezilla (for Windows)

Text CDR Default Location

  • /lib/tb/toolpack/setup/12358/cdr_logs/

Retrieve Text CDR Automatically

It is possible to configure the Tmedia to send the cdr files automatically to a remote host.
