In this case, you could not enter the ProSBC IP address in the provisioning settings as described above. Please follow the instructions to configure provisioning from the ProSBC:

			1 - Go to Settings -> Advanced -> Network -> FQDN -> Settings for Direct SIP Calls, Click to Allow calls from/to external SIP URIs and enter the domain name you entered in the ProSBC SIP Domain configuration.

			3 - Select your supported phone type and enter your phone MAC address.

			4 - On the IP Phone settings select Local Lan (in the office) for Provisioning MEthod and select the FQDN in the Select Interface. After click to the OK you will see the provisioning link created with the FQDN you entered.
