Parameter: SCCP Concerned Point Code

A "Concerned" Point Code is SP that requires immediate notification if the affected subsystem or SP status changes.

An SCCP route for each "Concerned" Point Codes must exist.
"Concerned" Point Code must be in the same "SCCP network" as the "Affected Point Code"
