Parameter: Link Test Slc

The Link Test Slc parameter is a value used in SLTM/SLTA messages on MTP3 links. Values for this parameter are entered into a field. This parameter may take on integer values from 0-15.

NOTE: Both ends of the line must use the same value, or the line will fail.
