MTP3: Maximum networks in a single Tmedia system

How many MTP3 and ISUP networks can be configured in a single TMedia system (in particular TMG3200) with Toolpack?


There is a maximum of 8 MTP3/ISUP networks in a single system.


A network contains 3 attributes:

  • Protocol (ANSI / ITU / CHINA)
  • DPC length (14 or 24 bits)
  • SSF (national, international, national reserved)


You can have up to 8 different combinations (network) in the same configuration but never the same one twice.
