Introduction

This Remote Workers configuration instruction with a 3CX Example Configuration provides you with a step-by-step Remote workers Configuration of ProSBC with 3CX systems, using the Web Portal configuration tool. Complete general installation configuration steps, before you begin configuring your specific scenario. In this guide, FQDN (telcobridges.3cx.ca) is configured in the 3CX server, and registration forwarding is used in ProSBC. NAP Configuration

SIP Domain Configuration

  • See Create a SIP domain
    • Here the domain name will be the FQDN of the 3CX server. In our example, it will be telcobridges.3cx.ca

Route Configuration

  • In most cases, ProSBC will be required to route SIP calls (SIP Invite) to registered users. This is done by creating appropriate routes
  • 3CX wants to see its FQDN in all messages. Please enable forward_sip_domain in the route settings.
