You can purchase 9/5 or 24/7 support for your Tmedia products. A minimum of 1-year support is offered but you can elect to pay for 2 years or more.
To buy a support contract for your Tmedia product:
1. Click the Tmedia tab.
2. Select the Tmedia for which you wish to buy support.
3. Fill in the following fields:
- PO Number
- Select # of years for the support
- Select either:
- 9/5 Standard Support
- 24/7 Standard Support
- Check the Terms and Conditions
4. Click the check mark.
5. Follow the onscreen instructions to pay for the support.
