The TMG8300 is an integrated, stand-alone device that provides H.323 to SIP signaling conversion for VoIP telephony. Its official product name is H.323 Signaling Converter.

Features

The TMG8300 can be used in conjunction with any member of the Tmedia family of media gateways; it sits between a media gateway that communicates via the SIP protocol for VOIP calls (and TDM for PSTN calls) and the cloud from where it receives signaling in H.323 protocol format.
